Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.

18 months of Physical Therapy experience is required from any number of months.

Trauma Level 2 experience is required from the last 2 years

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.

No block scheduling.

Going guarantee: 40 hours / week.

Seeking 2 PT's to assist in providing musculoskeletal and orthopedic care in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic.

Primary population is adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Strong background and skills in Therapeutic Exercise prescription and progression, Manual Skills, gait training and general balance is required.
