Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Preferred 24 months of Pediatric Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience.

Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Connecticut license or compact license

Sedation PACU

Required Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital Experience. Work Settings: Ambulatory/Outpatient, Level I Trauma Center, Pedi PACU, Phase I PACU, Phase II Recovery, Pre-Admission Testing, Pre-Post.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Pain Management

Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID. Passport is acceptable in lieu of driver’s license.

Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Infants, Pediatrics

Unit/Facility Details: We work closely with radiology to perform diagnostic testing specifically MRI and we supply nursing staff to that department. This is a Monday thru Friday ambulatory unit so we do not admit to this unit but there are other providers in house for our IP areas. 4 beds.

Special Requests: All jobs at this site are currently offering auto-offers: no interviews. Candidates must be willing to accept offer upon submittal.
