Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.

Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

ACLS (Required)

PALS (Preferred)

Vaccinations

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: General, GYN, Ortho & sports medicine, Hand Specialist, Podiatry, Eyes, ENT, & Endo

Unit/Facility Details: Beds: 6 OR’s and 4 Endo suites total

Shift & Scheduling: Varied start times, Open from 0600-1800 M-F

Call Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Floating into Pre-op

Nurses will be expected to rotate between pre-op & PACU at MMC and the Recovery phase for the ORSC.
