Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Must have at least 24 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 12 months.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
Vaccinations

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
• Years of Experience: 2 in Med Surg or IRF.
• Acute inpatient rehab or acute rehab hospital.
Special Requests: Will not accept skilled nursing experience unless they have 2 years of IRF or Med Surg.
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: for travel every other weekend
