Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

PT/Home Health - North Team

BJC policy: Every other weekend required.

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

No medical marijuana cards accepted.

Previous Employment Requirements: Return Staff Policy (ex: gone 1 yr or 6 months to return as traveler) –

Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.

All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.

Allied and Non-Clinical: Travelers can stay for a period of 12 months. Must take a 6 month break in service after 12 months

Required Skills/Experience: Special Requirements: Must have Home Health experience

Required Credentials: Government issued ID required.

Unit/Facility Details: Ratios: 5-20 visits/day average -Parking Cost: None

Special Requests: Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) Shifts are M-F and every 6th weekend

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend REQ: Every 6th weekend

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
