Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years.
3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Massachusetts license

BLS (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have recent HH exp 2023-24.
Required Credentials: Must have NH & MA lic.
Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri.
Floating Requirements: Coverage area: Methuen/Haverhill/Salem, NH and surrounding. May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address.
