Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Emergency Department experience.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have' skills Mental health, ETOH, overdoses

Required Credentials: OR Emergency License accepted - no hits on BKG to obtain asap.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: CP, COPD, DKA, Trauma, Stroke,

Equipment Used on Unit: Every room is equipped with Spacelabs monitors, Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.

Shift & Scheduling: This should be mids/nights but facility might change the shift. Must be willing to work whatever shift the facility and alternate work week schedule- either 36/36 or 48/24, 0645 Day, 0945 Mid, 1145 Mid, 1345 Mid, 1845 Night,

Weekend Requirement every other
Holiday Requirement granted at least one off Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, Independence day, New Year's day, Memorial day, Labor day
