Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Trauma Level 3 experience is required from any number of months

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Any submission that does not clearly display current CVOR (open-heart) surgical experience will be closed immediately - no exceptions. Current open-heart experience of at least two years required, in addition to experience with DaVinci Robot.

Unit/Facility Details: RN will work primarily in CVOR. Bed Size: 150-500.

Special Requests: Candidates with minimal RTO and willing to either work or take call for the upcoming holidays will receive priority consideration.

Shift & Scheduling: The RN will work 36 hours/week. Every 3rd to 4th weekend worked. 1 - 2 days of call/week including CVOR call. Holiday Coverage Required: Yes.

Floating Requirements: Will be required to float to General OR if there are no open-heart cases.
