Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Emergency Department experience.
References
Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
PALS (Required)

Additional Details:
ER Psych RN - Required
Required Skills / Experience: Must have 1yr of exp in the ER and 1yr exp in Psych (Hospital preferred)
Must have experience with assessments to determine disposition for psych patients as well as experience working with violent patients
Strong psych nursing skills are essential, and more experience is required due to the ED setting
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirements: Not required may be asked to work 1-2 a month
Holiday Requirements: Required based on unit needs
