48 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: Must have 4-5 years as a Scrub Tech or combined OR experience

Must be able to perform independently, without assistance - Ortho, Neuro, and Spine

Must be able to scrub complex spine cases

Required Credentials: Associates degree from Surgical Tech Program or equivalent certification

Shift & Scheduling: With on-call, rotating weekends, and holidays

On call is at least 1 weekend per month.

Call Response Time: 30 minutes
