Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits
Overflow
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as scheduled
Unit Details: We are currently working on a scope for this unit. It has been functioning as an overflow department opening and closing based on the needs to offload the ED and staffing availability. Currently being staffed with our Resource Pool and others reassigned from other departments
Ratios would not be higher than 1:6 and that is if the department was at capacity.
