Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Patient Care Coordinator experience within the past 3 years.

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

You must take a 1 year break between staff and travel for ALL Kaiser facilities.

Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.

Required Skills/Experience: Acute Care experience.

Required Credentials: Cert: BLS - AHA, American Red Cross, Canadian Heart and Stroke, Military Training Network only.

Shift & Scheduling: Sun-Sat w/holidays and Weekends.

Floating Requirements: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
