Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Preferred 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Minnesota license

NIHSS (Required)

Shift & Scheduling:

Day and Night – week rotation

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: 2 out of 4 weekends, Every other holiday

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Minimum Experience: 1 year minimal acute care experience preferably withing critical care

Unit Details:

Float pool requirement from Critical Care, Cardiac ICU and IMC units.
