Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Experience with Epic is required from last 12 months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 charge/lead references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Assignment for 16-26 weeks.

Weekend rotations. This candidate will be expected to do 5-6 clients per day. We desperately need a candidate who has strong clinical/assessment skills and that is fluent in navigating different EMRs.

Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (or more) with home health required.

Additional Information: IVS to OFFER; Monday to Sunday; No block schedules for any reason; Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 12/01
