Travel Allied (Sonographer) - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Experience in multiples and detecting birth defects. Knowledge in performing Detailed or Targeted anatomical surveys which includes evaluating fetal hearts per AIUM’s detailed protocol.

Preferred Skills/Experience: High risk obstetrical experience of 2 years desirable but not required. Voluson E10 equipment experience desired but not required.

Required Credentials:

• RMDS in OB/GYN, NT certified by Fetal-Medicine Foundation or NTQR.
• Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
• References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.

Unit and facility details: Searching for a highly trained sonographer who has intricate OB skills.

Shift & Scheduling: Varying day shifts range from 8 hrs. to 9 hrs. Monday - Friday or four 10 hour days 6:45 am – 5:15 pm. Day off varies depending on staffing needs. Outreach services 10 – 12 hrs. days- requires travel with team in rental car and/or airplane.
