Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.

12 months of Psychiatric Unit experience is required from last 3 years.

3 months of experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Must meet one of the following qualifications: o Diploma or AA degree in nursing with at least 2 years recent nursing experience, in a mental health home care program.

o Baccalaureate in nursing with at least one year recent nursing experience in a mental health home care program.

o Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing with at least one year recent nursing experience, in a mental health home care program.

Monday-Friday

May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address

Must have recent HH exp 2023-24

Any overtime must be pre-approved and requires written approval from Administrator
