Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
12 months of Occupational Therapy experience is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Must be experienced with Lymphadema patients (listed in resume) for 1-2 years
Completed the full CDT (complete decongestive therapy)
Supervisor Reference - 1 from within 6 months and 1 from the last 12 months
