𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁/𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: The Med/Surg Telemetry units at Bassett Medical Center, encompassing Med 2 and Med 3, provide comprehensive care for patients with medical, surgical, and telemetry needs. / Unit Structure and Ratios: Med 2 - 24 beds, includes patients with both med/surg and stroke care needs, med 2 functions as a combined med/surg and stroke unit, specializing in monitoring and supporting stroke patients Med 3 - 34 beds, designated as a general med/surg telemetry unit Ratios - Typically 6:1
