Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:
Preferred Skills/Experience:
• One year of experience working in a hospital or outpatient Physical Therapy department
• Experience working in outpatient/inpatient Physical Therapy
Required Credentials: Education: Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program required.
Unit/Facility Details: This would be for both inpatient and outpatient coverage.
Special Requests: Travel Pairs are not accepted.
