Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.

Guaranteed Hours per Week: 72hr biweekly, OT after 80hrs worked in the second week

Shift Requirements 7 on 7 off Nights. Thurs night- wed nights, Weekdays hours are 2100-0700,2000-0700 Weekends (Sat night and Sunday night)

Float Requirements: Must be willing to float to Aspirus Rhinelander, Tomahawk and Eagle River. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed

On Call/Call-Back: N/A No

Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend/ Holidays are worked if they land on week working

Required Certifications: MLT or MT or CLS. ASCP, preferred but not required.

Required Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree

Minimum Experience: 2+ years core lab experience. Must be able to work in blood bank and perform phlebotomy. ABG experience

Required:
Charting/Equipment: example Epic starting Dec 01 and Meditech. Abbot Architect REQUIRED
Unit Specific Skillset: generalist working all areas of lab - generalist in all areas of lab including blood bank and phlebotomy.

Scrub Colors: Any. As long as clean/presentable
