Additional Details:

RNs only - Clinicians who obtained RN degree outside of the U.S. and do not hold MO/IL/Compact license require extended licensing and compliance timeframe.

No medical marijuana cards accepted.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend req: Every 6th weekend

Special Requests:

• Open to accommodating block schedule: (Y/N) Shifts are M-F and every 6th weekend
• RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review.
• No RTO the first week of an assignment.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have Home Health experience

Required Credentials: Background Policy to be noted prior to submission

Previous Employment Requirements:

• Permanent employees at must wait 1 year before returning to any BJC facility as a traveler.
• All Standard Travelers (reside outside of a 75 mile radius) can stay for an 18 month period. Must take a 3 month break after 18 months.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit:

• General Medical - mainly adults/geriatrics
• PTA- with home care experience preferred. Working with support PT to work together with team and patient care

You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
