Required Credentials: Drivers License/State ID: Government issued photo ID.

Unit/Facility Details:

• Could care for COVID patients.

• Tobacco and fragrance free facility

Special Requests:

• You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

• RTO: If you have more than 5 days of requested time off, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks.

• Pairs are okay, but the client cannot guarantee matched schedules.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Requirement: Weekends as needed (likely EOW)

• Holiday Requirement: Holidays as needed

• On Call Requirements: None

Floating Requirements: Will float to all MS floors and potentially rehab.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request.
