Requirements

Experience

36 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

BSN completion preferred

References

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Oregon license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

ACLS (Required)

NIHSS (Preferred)

CCRN (Preferred)

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

This position is subject to floating to units within clinician's skillset., Facility Notes: , Clinical Unit Notes: , Shift Type Notes: , Certification Notes: NICU does NOT need NIHSS or ACLS (even if listed in the VMS)

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience preferred.
Dialysis, SLED or equivalent preferred.

ACLS, BLS - AHA, American Red Cross, Canadian Heart and Stroke, Military Training Network only.

NIH - Must be AHA or National Stroke Association. Must be completed on: http://nihstrokescale.org/ if not AHA
