Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Operating Room experience.
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license

Additional Details:

  • Required Credentials:
  • In addition to a valid driver's license, you MUST include a utility bill in your application. The bill must be in your name & match the address on your driver's license (and issued within the last 3 months).
  • Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license from any point in the past.

Special Requests: No block scheduling requests

  • Shift & Scheduling:

  • On call: -On call one night/week 7p-7a. Cannot guarantee that call days will coincide with scheduled work days. All caregivers are required to take at least one Friday call shift.

  • On call for holidays, either 11a-11p or 11p-11a

  • Required Skills/Experience: Should have both foundational knowledge and practical skills related to cardiac monitoring as they will need to meet the scoring requirements for the EKG/Dysrhythmia competency that will be assigned during the compliance process if offered.

  • Neuro, Robotics, Otho experience required. HARD STOP

Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics

  • Previous Employment Requirements:
  • Any gaps in traveler’s profile (3 months or more) REQUIRE an explanation listed in the work history- otherwise this will be kicked back to be corrected
  • Traveler must have a minimum of 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as an employee to be eligible for submission
