Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Long Term Care experience.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience: LTC or Rehab Experience

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Physical therapists evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination and strength to develop a treatment plan with the goal of helping the patient regain mobility and independence.

Types of Patients on Unit: We see a wide variety of cognitive, dietary and neurological diagnoses and both short term rehab patients as well as long term care residents.

Unit/Facility Details: 180 bed skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility
