Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Illinois license

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: -1 travel contract under belt, Must be proficient experience in Cardiac-Open Heart and Endo Vascular/ Open Vascular procedures

Shift & Scheduling: -Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer. -Shift and Time: M- F -Weekend Rotation: on call -On-call Requirements: 1 month schedule 15-18 days(including weekends) must be within 30 mins of hospital
