Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 9 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: Monday-Friday. 11-13 days of call to include 2 weekends per month. Where applicable, call coverage for 1 winter holiday and 1 summer holiday on call (including corresponding weekend). On call and rotating on call weekends.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 3 years Cath lab experience. Must have at least 9 months of same unit experience in the past 12 months, no exceptions.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Maclab monitoring experience – we can train. Circulating EP procedures- we can train.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: -Cardiac caths, TEE/ CVNs, pacemaker implants, PVS, EP Ablations, PE/DVT Thrombectomies -Lexiscan injections for NucMed Stress tests

Floating Requirements: Floating Area(s): ED, ICU.

Equipment Used on Unit: Type of equipment – Philips, GE, Pyxis, MacLab.
