Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Case Management experience with 24 months within the past 3 months.
BSN completion preferred
References
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a California license
Certifications
BLS (Required)
