Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

10 months of Emergency Department experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

ASN completion required

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Utah license or compact license

Additional Details:

Nights or evening mid shift combo; shift times may be 1300-0130, 1500-0330, or 1800-0630

Weekends Required

Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified “float zone”. -Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy

Contract Labor Zone: Zone 2: (based in Salt Lake, UT)- Holy Cross Davis Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley West Hospital, Holy Cross Salt Lake Hospital, Holy Cross Mountain Point Hospital
