Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 48 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from any number of months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• LD and PP Experience

• With recent high volume delivery experience; Close to 2500 deliveries (yearly they do 45-4700 deliveries).

• Circulating

Required Credentials: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

Unit/Facility Details: Proof of Identification: Driver’s License or Passport

Special Requests: Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are required to start within 6 weeks.

Shift & Scheduling:

• No on call requirement.

• Assignment Duration: 10-13 Weeks

• Can be 36 or 48 hours per week.

Floating Requirements:

• Will float to PP, Peds unit (mostly babies), Level 3B NICU (with low acuity infant).

• Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
