24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

6 months of Electrophysiology experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Guaranteed Hours 36

Shift: Monday - Friday, 0630-1930 with at least 2 days call per week

Unit was looking for an EP Tech - will consider an EP RN that can scrub - will be working tech scrub duties

In addition to 6 months or more of EP experiences, will take 1 year or more of Cath lab or Interventional radiology experience. Will consider candidate with just CL experience but likely won't have the EP lab experience needed.

EP experience consist of Pacemaker implants and Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) procedures; EP studies; Atrial fibrillation ablations; Atrial flutter ablations; and Supra Ventricular Tachycardia ablations. The potential candidate does not have to have all of these experiences. However, pacemaker and ICD implants is a must (6months or more experience). Must have ablation experience.

Candidate must have 1 year or more of conscious sedation experience.

Candidate must have circulator and monitoring experience in a procedural room setting and know how to function without causing contamination to sterile field.

***Prior to acceptance, the dysrhythmia exam (basic) through UNA is required to be sent along with acceptance. This must be completed within 24-48 hrs.

Modules are required to be done before start of assignment. Modules take on average 3-4 hours to complete.
