Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.

Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months.

Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Washington license or compact license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Nursing Positions Only: If you have a multistate/compact nursing license, you will be required to complete a one time 6 hour suicide prevention training according to the WA state regulations.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have minimum 1 year of recent home health and OASIS experience.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. On-call Or weekend requirements: 1 weekend rotation per month.
