All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Unit/Facility Details: - Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard) -- Charting: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis

Special Request- Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.

Shift & Scheduling:- Shift: 8hr Days (This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.)

Floating Requirements: ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
