Required skills and experience: Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Medications, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen administration, Non-invasive airway management, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Work Settings, Telemetry, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown

Required credentials: BSN required for international clinicians. Drivers License/State ID. Government issued photo ID.

Shift & schedule requirements: 36/36 schedule. Every Other Weekend.

Special request requirements: Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.
