Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 12 months of Interventional Radiology experience.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license

Previous Employment Requirements: Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more. Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location

Required Skills/Experience: Professional Knowledge and Skills, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention, Sheath Removal and Monitoring,, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose) Radiation and Laser Safety, Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Work Settings, Interventional Radiology, Vascular Studies/Procedures, Angioplasty, Carotid Stenting, Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography

Types of Patients on Unit: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics

Shift & Scheduling: Monday - Friday

Floating Requirements: May be required to float to James Proper (96040) in addition to James Outpatient Care (96420) if coverage is needed.
