Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Physical Therapy experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Physical Therapy - Outpatient
Required Credentials: Minimum Education: 4 year Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy
Unit/Facility Details: Outpatient facility (43 William B. Graham Court Kilmarnock, VA) attached to hospital.
Shift & Scheduling: Monday to Friday (likely able to pick up a weekend shift at the hospital if wanting a weekday off)
