Additional Details:

All positions at Lovelace Health Facilities require New Mexico fingerprinting to be completed before their start date. This means fingerprint results will need to be obtained before the facility compliance deadline. Failure to fully complete the fingerprint requirement within three business days of accepting an assignment at Lovelace may lead to delayed results from the New Mexico DOH. In the event results are delayed, the facility may choose to push the clinician's start date until results are in.

Please note that Lovelace Health System does expect that RN’s can start their own IV’s. Please ensure that any RN’s submitted have this skill set.

Please remember that Lovelace is not accepting excessive RTO requests.

Required Skills/Experience: First time travelers welcome - only if 2-3 years experience in Progressive/Acute ER -Required Skills: IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Medications, Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Respiratory, CPAP/BiPAP, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Ventilated patients, Neurological, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Work Settings, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions, Triage, Pediatrics

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous Charge Experience: Preferred -Preferred Skills: ICP monitoring, Neuro-Trauma, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Level I Trauma Center, Level II Trauma Center, Non Trauma Emergency Department, Pediatric Emergency Department, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility, Gunshot wounds, Traumatic amputation, Head injury, Near drowning, Spinal cord injury, Ortho trauma

Shift & Scheduling: Option of 36 or 48s -Weekends: Ever other weekend; 3 per 6 week schedule minimum
