Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Mother/Baby experience.

BSN completion required

3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a New York license

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of postpartum, antepartum experience

Postpartum Couplets/Nursery experience

New baby nursery experience.

Requires true couplet care.

Needs to be comfortable with babies.

Magnesium sulfate experience.

Preferred Credentials: Associate degree in nursing is considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program

Unit/Facility Details: Avg Unit Census = 17.4 23 Beds per Unit
