Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 24 months of Dialysis Unit experience.

3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a California license

Certifications

BLS (Required)

Vaccinations

Additional Details:

RNs only: Cannot have a license that is on probation, suspended, or has board proceedings that are pending.

Travel pairs are not supported - each clinician must apply and receive an offer separately

Shift & Schedule: Rotating 0700-1930 or 1100-0000

With on call 0000-0500 1x a week

Required Skill / Experience: Must have Peritoneal Dialysis Experience

Must know Hemodialysis and Peritoneal dialysis in Acute setting
