Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Must have at least 36 months of Post Anesthesia Care Unit experience within the past 12 months.

12 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license

RNs only - Need at least a years worth of acute care experience within the past two years.

RNs only - One year of unit experience must be within the last two years

𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Saturday Day will be Scheduled (every other weekend) / Call Requirements: Yes - Rotating / Weekend Call Requirements

𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝘀: 2:1 Phase 1 Care (up to 3-4 in 23-hour stay)

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Must be able to read tele strips

Pre-Operative and Post Operative; ICU experience required.

Pre and Post Procedure TEE/CV/ CATH/EP OR Procedures.

Cardiac Drips, IVS, Tele Monitory, PH 1 Care, Groin management, EKGS.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀: Online Education Modules. As well as unit orientation based upon employee need.

𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: Cath/EP/ TEE Cardioversion OR procedures Pre-Post Vascular, Robotic TAVRS, Pediatric CATHs,

𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: IV PUMPS, PCAS, Epidurals, A lines, Tele Monitoring, TEE/CV

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: Number of Beds: 40 pre post beds 9 overnight bays ( 23-hour short stay embedded)

𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Yes. Will float to Bramhall PACU/IMC/ICU. Candidate MUST FLOAST AS NEEDED
