Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

12 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license

Additional Details:

A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.

3 separate interview times must be provided with each submission.

Holiday - on call

Monday - Friday

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Degree in Nursing.

Orientation is based on previous knowledge and experience.

Additional education/training in related field is considered on an individual basis.

Certification in OR nursing is recommended.

Active membership in professional organization (AORN) is highly recommended.
