Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Contract Labor Zone: Zone 2: (based in Salt Lake, UT)- Holy Cross Davis Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley Hospital, Holy Cross Jordan Valley West Hospital, Holy Cross Salt Lake Hospital, Holy Cross Mountain Point Hospital

This is a float position!

There is NO home unit or facility.

Floating is centralized and the base is the float zone’s city center. Float assignments may change on a schedule-by-schedule basis.

One year experience preferred

Floating may be required to any Centura location within sixty (60) miles of the original assignment location or Centura-identified “float zone”.

Float assignments may include duties outside of original assignment job requirements (including skill set) in accordance with Centura policy.

Associate Degree in Nursing is required.

Bachelor Degree in Nursing is preferred.
