Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Cardiovascular Operating Room experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.

3 months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Required Skills/Experience:

• Cardiac surgical experience in the FA capacity (Vascular only does not count – experience must include acting as a FA in on-pump cardiac cases

• Vein harvesting

• Must have 2 to 3 years CV FA experience - Open Heart and Vascular experience.

• Must to be able to endoscopic vein harvesting.

• Must have CVOR, Peds CVOR and Cardiac Experience

Preferred Skills/Experience: Pediatrics

Shift & Scheduling: The call requirement will vary depending on if they have vein harvesting skills or not.
