Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 12 months of Occupational Therapy experience with 12 months within the past 3 years.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 1 year acute care experience as a licensed therapist, okay with first time traveler.
Shift & Scheduling: 4- 10 hour days per week 730-1800. 8 week schedule, try to work with requests, no self scheduling.
- Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other full weekend, or one weekend day per week.
- Holiday Requirements: No
Floating Requirements: need to float to other St. Luke's Hospital in 20 mile radius- floating is infrequent.
