Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

24 months of Physical Therapy experience is required with some in the last 24 months.

Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 2 years in order to be considered for this role

License

Additional Details:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Provide Outpatient Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment to adult and geriatric patients with a wide variety of diagnosis including CVA, Concussion, Vestibular, other Neuro diagnosis, Orthopedics in busy OP Clinic.

Orientation for first 3 days then light schedule flexing it up.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

No call, No weekends

Monday thru Friday

Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs
