𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀/𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: - Average # of cases per day: 1-3 depending on the case as we do all thoracic and vascular cases as part of CV too / - Common Cases: Open hearts (CABG, Valve, aneuryms) thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towers
𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁: - Common Cases: Open hearts (CABG, Valve, aneuryms) thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towers
𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 & 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: CV RNs make their own call schedule as a group. / Call is 1-2 weekdays (1515-0645) and every 2-3 weekends (Fri 1515- Mon 0645) Primarily 8 hour shifts Mon-Fri / Must be willing to work all above listed shifts and holidays. / Weeknight/Call Requirements: 1-2 times per week 1515-0645 / Weekend/Call Requirements: every 3-4 weeks Fri 1515-Mon 0645 / Holiday/Call Requirements: Rotating holidays- must be willing to work holidays
𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Will be offered to float to the floor for 1:1 sitter or helping hands if OR volumes are low. / Must work in one other specialty when CV volume is low.
Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
