Requirements

Experience

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

License

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license

Inpatient Rehab

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 48

Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Float Requirements: to any inpatient unit. May be required to float to other Aspirus locations to include Merrill, Antigo, Medford and Stanley.

Minimum Experience: 2 Years Medical Surgical Rehab experience (a plus but not required) - OR - nurses with M/S background

Experience required in an inpatient hospital setting (STAC).

Required Skillset: Rehab Knowledge required

Primary Cases; Stroke, Trauma, Debility, amputation, Cardiac

Patient Ratio 1/4-6 PM, 1/8 Nights
