Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.
Required Skills/Experience: Ortho, robotics (deal breaker if they do not have experience), neuro, gyn (SW) experience.
Shift & Scheduling:
- May be call weekends.
- Forced Call Requirement: If a staff member calls in sick or goes on a Leave of Absence (LOA) and a volunteer cannot be found to cover their shift, the unit will refer to a forced call list. The list operates on a rotation basis. Due to the nature of “forced call” this is a very rare occurrence.
Floating Requirements: Will need to be available to float between Mercy Hospital Downtown and Mercy Southwest - first to float.
