Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.

Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Guaranteed Hours 40

Weekend Requirement - Sat/Sun Weekends 0700-0700

Call to cover Cath lab and hybrid OR (vascular) approximately 10 call shifts per month.

Holidays: Covered by call 7-7 call

Could be floated to Non-Invasive CV at times to start IV's

Suites/labs 7 Suites holding rooms & 2 Cath labs (2 Bays & 5 Rooms) Holding 2 Cath Labs

Common cases(IR &Cath lab) All Cardiac Adults (peripher, catrd Cath PCI, devices, only adults)

Must have Rad Techs due to WV requirements with Xray Equipment

EMR/Equipment "Cupid" (EPIC & dynamics System is Xper)

Additional Questions: Are you familiar with Acist injectr (automatic - but not a deal breaker will teach it there ) & must have experience with IABP, IVUS?

Scrub Color/provided: Scrubs are Provided (Rad Techs wear Burgundy)
