Requirements

Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Must have at least 60 months of Emergency Department experience.

Experience with Meditech is required from any number of months.

References

Candidates must provide 1 manager/supervisor reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role

Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2 years of ER experience in an Acute Care setting to be considered.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer larger ER experience. Highly preferred travel experience or 5+ years in a Level 1 Trauma Facility.

Required Credentials:

ASLS or NIHSS.
ER RN's will take an online Cardiac Rhythms test administered by Medical Solutions (min 80% passing score) and they will take the ESI Triage Exam during orientation (should they fail it there would be remediation by the ER Nurse Educator prior to a second test).

Unit and facility details: COVID Immunization is NOT required but anyone not vaccinated must be willing to be tested weekly.

Shift & Scheduling: Every 3-4th weekend and every other holidays.

Other Requirements: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
